Delete your account

To delete your Inner Peace - Bible Chat account and associated data, you can use one of the two methods below. This page explains the account deletion process in line with app store policies.

Account deletion methods

Method 1 — In the app

This is the fastest option. You can start your account deletion request directly in the app.

Open the app and go to your Profile screen.
Open Privacy & Legal.
Tap Delete account.
Complete the confirmation steps.

Note: Menu labels may vary slightly by app version. Look for account management options under “Privacy” or “Legal” on the Profile screen.

Method 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, you can submit your request by email.

Including the following helps us process your request faster:

Your platform (Android / iOS)
Your anonymous user ID (if shown in the app)
A short statement: “I want my account to be deleted.”

For security, we may request additional information to verify account ownership. Do not share sensitive data such as passwords or payment card details by email.

Scope and timeline

What is deleted? Profile settings (if any), on-device chat history, local preferences, and the in-app identifier associated with your account.
How long does it take? Typically completed within 30 days after we receive your request.
Subscriptions/billing: Subscriptions are managed via Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account may not automatically cancel your store subscription.

FAQ

“Will my chats be completely deleted?”

The app stores chat history primarily on your device. An account deletion request aims to remove data linked to your in-app identifier. If data remains on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing app data may be an additional step.

“Are messages sent to servers to generate replies?”

To generate replies, message content may be transmitted to AI infrastructure for processing. This page explains account deletion; for privacy details see our Privacy Policy.

“What information should I share if I email you?”

You can submit a request with minimal information, but adding your platform and (if available) your user/session identifier can speed up processing. Do not share sensitive information by email.

“Can deletion be undone?”

No. Once completed, deletion cannot be reversed.
